Siloam Lodge No. 125's meetings were held the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month at 8:00 pm from April 1st to October 1st and at 7:30 pm from October 1st to April 1st. Meetings were held in the Masonic Hall located on the fourth floor of the India Temple, at 301-303 N. Broadway in Oklahoma City.

Siloam Lodge No. 125 lasted until February 1909 when it became Siloam Lodge No. 276 of the Grand Lodge of the State of Oklahoma. The Worshipful Masters of Siloam Lodge No. 125 were as follows:
